World, the human-centered identity and financial network is finally live in the United States. I made my first Worldcoin ($WLD) airdrop claim successfully in the World App. I was able to get verified at one of the early Orb locations in NYC in 2023, no longer in operation, but there are now locations in Atlanta, Austin, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville and San Francisco, according to Wednesday’s blog post announcement:

A quick PSA—the release dates shown for my albums on streaming platforms (Apple Music, Spotify, etc.) are incorrect. The correct dates are shown here below, and also at Mike Shupp Store, my Bandcamp site, Discogs, Sound Credit, and DISCO — all of which I manage directly.
Some streaming services show only the year (“Jan. 1”), or worse, the previous year (“Dec. 31”), due to distributor system updates with data import errors. (To fix would require removing and re-releasing the albums—not currently planned, but perhaps eventually.)
